It's official: I've found my perfect hair styling tool. I used the REVLON PRO Salon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer for the first time in this video below, and it was very self-explanatory, providing perfect results.

There's no excessive packaging on this product, and I appreciate how robust it is. The ceramic core definitely gets very hot, so be careful! Luckily there is that little plastic cap that you can hold onto to have more control, because if you touch the metal barrel it will be very hot after a few minutes. I also love the cool setting, and the fact that it blows on full force. My previous Conair Spin Brush tool (that I reviewed here) had a very weak cold shot, on weak force. I think the best part is the fact that the brush has wonderful grip on my short hair, and drys it quickly without tangling it. It's lightweight, too. I didn’t really know it was possible to have both good airflow in good grip that does it tingle up the hair! Although it can be a bit tough to get really close to the roots for drying, I would recommend wrapping your hair around the barrel as much as possible to get the best result. The nylon pin bristles combined with the tufted bristles makes a massive difference at grabbing on to, and smoothing hair to give you volume AND a very silky smooth finish - like you've used a straightener.
