  7. LISTS! Essential ingredients to keep stocked in your kitchen, weekly shopping lists and "meal prep" instructions for Sunday night. Hallelujah.
  8. OMG, the Smoothies & Desserts guide. Guys, so many great ideas in here. They give you the perfect ratios and incorporate all the best ingredients (matcha, turmeric, cinnamon, berries, etc.) to keep things fresh and new (not too sweet or liquidy).
  9. Meal-by-Meal Plan: Each day includes 3 meals and 2 snacks that combine nutrition-dense Superfoods, lean protein, healthy fats and wholesome carbs. You don't need to think about anything, just follow the instructions and you'll be eating healthy all week.
  10. Want long-term results? Dive into these super attractive meals which will kickstart your week if you're feeling uninspired with food.

BodyBoss Salad Recipe

You can easily modify ingredients based on what you have in your fridge. Here I swapped pecans for almonds, added strawberries, and used feta instead of cottage cheese.

Since I'm at work 9-5, I want to share with you what I keep stocked in the office kitchen and a few things I eat throughout the week.

  • Almond milk
  • Strawberries
  • Butter for toast
  • Chilli flakes for avo toast
  • Avocados
  • Frozen spinach

I am so not a fitness buff, but I love feeling energetic and in shape. I've have a lot of trouble sleeping when I don't maintain my 3x weekly exercise routine, and my mental capacity is way stronger when I've done some cardio and muscle training mid-day. I visit City Dance Corps in Toronto for most of my workout classes, and in between I use my BodyBoss Fitness Guide to stay on track.

Diet Before and After

I'm also not someone who obsesses over the appearance of their body, instead I pay attention to my overall health and fitness to ensure I'm living life to the fullest.

I was noticing recently that my muscles felt extra weak. I was getting tired from walking, pulling muscles while lifting furniture, and rolling my ankles when walking down the street. When I was on vacation last summer touring around northern Italy, I would feel so sore just from walking, and I would have to sit down to relieve my feet and joints. I understand now that sitting at a desk all day doesn’t activate muscles in a way to keep me strong.

After a bout of physiotherapy, I found out that my left side is way stronger than my right. I was prescribed exercises to strengthen my glutes and legs (on the right side especially) and I've noticed an immense improvement in my balance and strength after beginning regular HIIT workouts.

A few months ago I couldn't do crunches without my full body shaking, and push ups were literally impossible. All I want is to feel like I can run without passing out, ski for a weekend and not have sore muscles, burn some calories while also having fun, and look better for it.
